[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide records storage and management services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.
- The contractor shall provide confidentiality measures to accommodate the County’s direction about keeping identified records “confidential” while stored at the contractor’s facility. Additionally, the contractor shall have procedures for controlled access including access authorization before allowing access to the County’s stored records.
- Construction: The records storage facility shall be solidly constructed, with secure loading and unloading areas.
- Floors shall support a minimum 300 pounds per square foot and shall be at or above ground level to assure dry storage.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
