[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide records research center support services to research military records containing historical information on individual units within the services, as well as some personnel records, as they relate to claimed stressors and exposures to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- support services to perform in researching of military records, drafting written responses, completion of data/record collecting, performance of data analysis, reporting data, and quality control
- Life cycle management of records includes, but is not limited to, record identification, creation, maintenance, indexing, preservation, collection, conversion, and review for various research methods to substantiate the Veterans claimed stressor and/or exposure research
- Recommendations on how to maximize data output
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures
- Records research support includes document handling and accountability, records review for information pertinent to a Veteran’s claim, quality assurance, systems management, and database IT and management support
- collection and categorization of operational records for expanding the research response library.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
