(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document management (EDM) consulting services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Provide services to both document its records inventory and mature its overall approach– Complete a current document inventory and assessment– Scanning hardware and software assessment– Capture and review current digitization standards from across the department (output, resolution, color, etc.)– Electronic document management, indexing and storage assessment– Scanning workflow and process design– Develop department–wide and intra–division document scanning prioritization schemes based on business needs. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2025.
