(1) Vendor needs to provide records storage and management services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.
1. Storage facility must provide adequate available capacity for the storage of all boxes provided, with the acknowledged mutual understanding that the total amount of date to be stored with grow approximately 20% to 30% per year. Files are kept indefinitely and NOT be destroyed.
2. Storage facility must be earthquake proof and rated b an independent earthquake rating service. County may request proof of this rating prior to Contract Award.
3. Storage facility shall be equipped with a fire suppression system.
4. Storage facility shall be located away from any known flood area.
5. Facility must maintain an acceptable temperature of 68 degrees to 72 degrees Fahrenheit and acceptable humidity of 35% to 45% with contamination-free air to ensure data will not be subject to undue stress and or damage.
6. Facility shall be a stand-alone facility.
7. Facility shall have a 24-hour, 7-day a week state of the art alarm system in place.
8. Construction Type III (Per Standard Building Classification Code) is desired.
9. Continuous on and off-site station monitoring of security, alarm and fire detection systems is desired.
10. Uninterrupted and continuous video surveillance is desired.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 13, 2023.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.
