Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for medical records storage services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide medical records storage services to the government authority located in South Carolina.
- Contractor shall not create or maintain any records that are not specifically tied to or authorized by the contract using Government IT equipment and/or Government records.
- Contractor shall not create or maintain any records containing any Government Agency records that are not specifically tied to or authorized by the contract.
- The Government Agency owns the rights to all electronic information (electronic data, electronic information systems, electronic databases, etc.) and all supporting documentation created as part of this contract. Contractor must deliver sufficient technical documentation with all data deliverables to permit the agency to use the data.
- SYSTEM of RECORDS: The Veteran Administration system of records to which the Contractor personnel shall have access to in order to maintain patient medical records is described annually in the Federal Register.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
