Vendor needs to provide 3rd party records storage services to the government authority located in New Carrollton, MD.
- Storage and servicing of analog records, includes tax and administrative records
- Looking for feedback regarding short-term and long-term bulk storage and servicing of paper records received by and generated within the while conducting business beginning January 1, 2023
- currently stores 5.85 million cubic feet of records at the FRCs and sends 527,000 cubic feet of new records each year.
- These records include Internal Revenue Code Section 6103, SBU, Privacy Act, CUI Basic, and CUI Specified information. The vendor must be able to store a full list year/processing year of records at a single contractor storage facility.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
