[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide records management services to assist with preparing inactive records for disposition according to the agency retention schedule.
- The Contractor shall provide support for the following Records Management Tasks: -
i. Program support;
ii. Inactive records accessioning;
iii. Document indexing;
iv. Relocation of file boxes; and
v. All record disposition activities with team leader on site.
- Document Specialist Staffing/Deliverables Requirement
a. Contractor shall provide 10 Document Specialists upon award of contract including the team leader.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
