[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cardiac surgery medical records review shall review and compare the sample database provided by the state contract manager, against the medical records of individual patients maintained by the facilities; Perform all Medical Records Reviews within 16 weeks of receipt of the sample; Conduct (OHS) reviews using personnel well experienced with OHS medical records; Follow the review protocol and identify discrepancies between reported data elements and Patient Medical Records; Make a good faith effort to resolve any discrepancies in data reporting by working closely with the facility designee; and Submit its audit findings through the established reporting methods to the SCM for final acceptance and approval of the medical record to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.
(2) Optional Pre-Quote Submission Conference due on January 05, 2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 20, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
