(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable care act reporting and recordkeeping services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.
- Provide an online tool to assist in the administration, including tracking of eligibility of employees.
- Collect health plan enrollment data.
- Analyze data.
- Complete and submit tax forms to the IRS regarding health plan data on employees.
- Complete and mail statements.
- Identify noncompliance.
- Provide on-going data management, reporting, administration and compliance support.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2021.
(3) The term of contract will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
