Government Authority located in New York; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for underground record storage services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide underground record storage services including 1) underground/vaulted facility, or comparable) to be located on Long Island but within approximately 300 miles from the County's Records Center for easy accessibility and timely retrievals. Records must be able to be retrieved within forty-eight (48) hours of Department's request.
- The Contractor's storage facility must provide the appropriate environmental and records management resources for storing records, microfilm, microfiche, tapes, electronic media, vital records, and court records. The Contractor's storage facility is to be maintained in a clean, dry, safe manner, be free of any infestation (with periodic treatment by a professional service) and shall be subject to periodic inspection. Contractor's facility must provide as a minimum:
(a) A fire-retardant area for the storage of the records specified herein;
(b) Proper 24-hour security measures (electronic or other systems);
(c) Climate control system (i.e., temperature, humidity, etc.).
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
