[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document management and storage services consist of on-demand shredding, secure physical storage, electronic archiving, pickup and delivery service for routine and general documents, confidential student records, privacy act information and other related documentation to the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM.
- The annual projected box storage requirement for the district is estimated at 125 boxes or over.
(2) Contract term will be four years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
