Vendor needs to provide investment advisor services and retirement recordkeeping services
- Recordkeeping services for the Money Purchase Plan and 457b Plan,
- Provide mandatory disclosures and reporting, either electronically or on paper (based on the employee’s preference),
- Provide pertinent information to employees on their investments and returns,
- To review investment performance and options,
- Interface with Human Capital Management software: Preferably 360 integration, Preferably single login from HCM,
- Mobile phone app optimized for smaller screen, for both iOS and Android,
- Regular education and communication with employees,
- Streamline process for distributions once employee leaves employment,
- Easy to access and easy to understand reports,
- Lowest cost share class with best performance.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
