[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inspector of record services for Maintain a daily report/log describing the general work performed by the contractor, noting problems, rejections of materials or work and unusual events to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with the contractor, District personnel and Architect
- Be tactful, firm and fair in insisting that contractor adhere to the Contract Documents.
- Receive samples which are required to be furnished at the job site; record date received and from whom; notify Architect of their readiness for examination, record Architect’s approval or rejection; and maintain custody of approved samples
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
