Government Authority located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for records management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management services to image records with a retention period of Active + 10 years or less and we are imaging paper records, photographs, maps, etc. to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- This can include bridge inspection files, personnel files, general correspondence, etc.
- Currently, approximately 80% of our collection is microfilm
- All primary microfilm reels are stored in climate-controlled areas
- Inactive records are stored in our own warehouses, and we currently use a custom database to manage the record lifecycle
- The contractor will provide skilled professional and paraprofessional personnel to assist the agency records management services staff, and will provide sufficient training to enable selected staff to assume the contractor responsibilities
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
