[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide electronic records management program services various tasks including document preparation, digitization, web-development, training and education, consulting, and other general associated services to the government authority located in Kansas.
- ERMP is a multi-year project with several components, including Developing policies and procedures (FY 19 and 20), Purchasing high speed, air-based scanners (FY 19), Moving the database for digitized records to the cloud, and creating a portal to allow easier internal access for research and retrieval (FY 20), Reviewing approximately 335,000 boxes of records at the AIRR to 1) identify and disposition General Records Schedule documents, and 2) to digitize trust records (FY 19, 20, 21), Providing training to OST, BIA, and BIE staff on electronic records management (FY 20, 21, 22), Reviewing and digitizing records at nearly 50 OST field sites, 12 BIA regional sites, and 85 BIA
agencies (FY 20, 21, 22, 23), Reviewing and digitizing BIE records at operated schools (FY 20, 21, 22, 23, 24); and Potentially, providing training and digitization services to Tribes that desire OST assistance (FY 22, 23, 24, 25, and beyond).
- Services to analyse, digitize, develop and manage a large scale digitization effort at the AIRR facility with the support and management of AIRR designated program or project manager, services include digitization of records, development of appropriate processes, training, technical support for scanners, software development, database management, web site development and maintenance, consulting support on tribal relations and executive leadership, program and project management services and other related services as noted.
- Digitization services at the AIRR to include document preparation, digitization, quality control, unboxing and re-boxing, metadata input, metadata tagging, Optical Character Recognition, Intelligence Character Recognition, and other various services supporting this effort.
- Research of digitized images to support actions and requests from entities outside of the OST however under the direction of the COR. This shall include research, review, coding, distribution, uploading and content sharing with internal and external parties as defined by the COR. In general, the imaging and coding contractors will not Research information, because OST has this capability at the AIRR.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
