[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide records management assessment of planning and development services for Specific areas that should be addressed include, but are not limited to the following:
- Evaluate current records management processes and practices,
- Evaluate and provide information on best practices in other municipalities and organizations in the planning and development related fields,
- Identify steps, tools and resources necessary to move from the current state to achieve the desired goals, Identify risks and dependencies,
- Determine business process to coordinate with Central Records on effective inventory and organization of records,
- Develop Recommendations and Implementation Strategy,
- Develop Recommendations on how to coordinate and oversee new records,
- Provide access to indexed and digital records,
- Provide staff with help locating and researching records,
- Manage existing hard copy files, transition to fully digital records,
- Evaluate and develop a department wide cradle to grave records administration process,
- Develop a strategy to implement a comprehensive records management program that includes best practices and efficient business processes to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
