[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document storage services for pickup and transfer of records and forms to the government authority located in Lauderhill, CA.
- Log & track files and cartons in vendor’s tracking system
- Cross reference Court’s file track bar code with Vendor’s tracking system number.
- Use web-based system to request file/carton retrievals.
- Provide a safe, dry, secure, and clean facility for file storage
- Except for Rush and Expedited requests, retrieve and deliver files/cartons
- Shelving - wire rack preferred to reduce potential of water damage to records
- maintain an accurate, bar-coded and computer-based inventory tracking system
- Capability of providing inventories to the Court upon request
- Capability to produce reports showing cartons in facility, out to the Court, and cartons destroyed.
- Ability to send Court all work orders with monthly invoice.
- Send list of all cartons and files to Court electronically with new vendor bar code, Court
file track bar code, and case number for cross reference.
(2) An optional pre-bid conference will be held on August 20, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
