(1) Vendor needs to provide excellent customer service, to storage and retrieval services for confidential medical information for in accordance with these specifications as detailed in this document, storage would consist of approximately 10,500 boxes with the ability to accept additional boxes over the course of the contract to government authority located in Columbia, MO.
