[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide plan administration and record keeping services include enhancing participant retirement outcomes, analysing the overall competitiveness of the plans, providing for the integrated administration and reporting for the plans, offering the most appropriate investment menu(s) across the plans, improving participant education and communication services, enhancing the formal education for the deferred compensation plan committee, providing robust on-line transaction and information capabilities, providing support for as many administrative functions as deemed appropriate, evaluating alternative pricing structures, including scenarios that consolidate plans to one record keeper, reducing participant and plan expenses, providing for an orderly and timely transition of assets and services if necessary; and formalizing the record keeper/committee working relationship to the government authority located in Nevada City, CA.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than June 12, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
