(1) Vendor needs to provide physical records management and storage services and software to handle the transition of physical records to proposer’s storage facility, and manage existing and future administrative and medical records of owner through-out its life cycle, that is, from receipt of records and boxes to its eventual disposition to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
