[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management consulting services including all types of records like hard-copy, microfiche and electronic documents across all workflows and enterprise systems
- Developing future state strategic roadmaps related to records management
- Development of a consistent and relevant naming convention for various document types and a plan for immediate and future scanning and digitization of records
- Implementation and overseeing of immediate digitization of records, including tracking of activities from assessment offices and our scanning company
- improve the search, retrieval, and access to its records and has begun the process of digitizing some of its records in order for employees and contractors to be able to access records in digital rather than physical form.
- Knowledge of records retention requirements and destruction of records
- Types of records generated like data, documents, messages, hard copies, digital copies, microfiche, etc
- Current metadata and naming conventions used
- Provide a step-by-step strategic roadmap for the implementation of an effective records management program, etc.to the government authority located in Victoria, BC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 5, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
