[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records and media storage services for paper records, drawing bag, tube containers and wardrobe box to the government authority located in California.
- maintain an accurate, bar-coded and computer-based inventory tracking system.
- Retrieval activity reports including history of checked out, permanently removed, and destroyed inventory.
- Secure transport and storage of various media and primarily tapes.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
