[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management in Sharepoint.
- To set up and manage records “in-place” or within the records “archive”, to create audit and disposition reports and test retrieval efficiency and accuracy within SharePoint.
- It also includes project management services, create content types based on the county retention schedule, create templates, establish workflow processes, establish appropriate disposition if “in-place” storage, create reports, email management, testing and training employees.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 29, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
