[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management and preservation services for governmental records, primarily historical or fragile records to the government authority located in Corsicana, TX.
- Vendor also needs to provide preservation of record books, deacidification of records, archival binders, preservation of documents, case files, maps, archival imaging of records, archival indexing of records, transcription, micrographics creation, archival vault storage of records and media.
- Vendor also needs to provide paper to digital document conversion using minimum scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF or TIFF file format.
- Vendor also create 16/35 mm microfilm of each page from the digital images
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
