[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide motor vehicle accident records management service to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.
- Vendor needs to maintain, manage, distribute and provide analytics, relative to motor vehicle accidents (both digital and paper), shall have the ability to import data electronically, retain the ability to import this data in the event of any changes in source data, crash data analytics and pre-packaged reporting on the data, provide financial reports, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
