[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning, storage and destruction services for collecting boxes of documents, files, document folders, plans or film to be scanned, stored, archived, and transferred to password protected, removable hard drive and destroyed.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.
(3) A mandatory phone pre-bid conference will be held on May 2, 2017.
(4) All questions must be submitted via email no later than on May 9, 2017.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
