[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning, storage and shredding services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in multi page PDF format.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 75 to 300 boxes for 2017 and 600 to 900 boxes for 2018.
(3) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 30, 2017.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2017.
(5) A contract term should be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
