The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Energy will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP/Solicitation) for Contractor–Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) ancillary facilities and services in Denmark on 24 hours, 7 days per week basis. Interested firms should be able to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products to include Turbine Fuel Aviation Grade JP–5 and Fuel Naval distillate Grade F–76.This requirement is to procure COCO fuel storage services with the capability to receive via Tanker/Barge, store, protect, additize, as required, and ship commercial JP–5 and F–76 via Tanker/Barge.
