(1) Vendor needs to provide medical records retrieval services to the government authority located in New York.– Ability to collect, digitize, organize, store, and secure medical records and images for prompt clinical viewing– These medical records and images must be made securely available to the clinical department designated staff for review within 7–10 business days of request– After collecting and converting records, the records will then be stored electronically in pdf format by the vendor on a remote server.– Convert electric and paper records to digital file, (pdf format) organized and stored by highly skilled professionals.– This service must provide authorized clinicians’ immediate access to medical records and full–resolution diagnostic–quality images at any time.– Gather medical records for patients from multiple sources.– Quality–check records for accuracy and provide quality control (qc) processes– Medical records digitally organized by provider and date– Quality assured images for accuracy and clarity to view– Able to integrate to OTTR.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2024(3) The contract period will be for five years.(4) A pre–proposal conference will be held on October 22, 2024
