(1) Vendor needs to provide archives and physical records storage and shred services to the government authority located in Calgary, AB. – Permanent offsite storage of its physical archives and artifacts which have an enduring value to the agency and therefore require secure environmentally appropriate long–term storage– Temporary long–term offsite storage of physical operating records requiring storage for term specific periods in accordance with its classification and retention schedule– Services for the handling and destruction of transitory information which have neither an enduring value nor require term–based retention– The primary scope of the request encompasses the mandatory service elements of archives and artifacts, offsite storage, and shred.– In all service elements listed, the scope includes requirements related to how these service elements are provided to the agency and supported by the service provider including, but not limited to service processes, reporting, management, and security, as well as any information systems that provide for or support the services requested.– The secondary scope in this request is that the agency may be interested in offerings which may include ancillary support of records management activities related to training and awareness and offerings which may also include technology.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2024.
