– Vendor needs to provide employer of record services to the government authority located in Bossier, LA. • Onboarding of employees and complete all new hire paperwork.• Ensuring proper documents are present to legally employee the participants.• Maintain payroll and personnel records; withhold and transmit payroll taxes; making unemployment contributions; handling unemployment and workers’ compensation claims.• All payment and withholdings related to social security, Medicare, and state and federal taxes.• W–2's – responsible for providing w–2s of the preceding calendar year by January 30 each year.• Wage garnishments – the employer of record will administer wage garnishments as required.• Provide screening or testing required by worksites• Meet all worker’s compensation insurance requirements.• Extend any applicable affordable health care insurance coverage as required by law.• Ensure all applicable payroll taxes, statutory benefits and compliance regulations are met.• Extend any applicable affordable health care insurance coverage as required by law.• Notify agency of any accidents or incidents on job sites.• Will ensure all placed participants maintain a safe worksite and compliance.• Provide payroll reports and documentation to the finance office of agency.• Provide copies of employee files to agency.• Invoice agency for services provided in a timely manner.• Ensures compliance terminations and offboarding.• Provides ongoing support on local labor laws and regulations.
