(1) Vendor needs to provide M365 records management consulting and implementation service to the government authority located in Alaska. – Provide experienced guidance in the planning stages of project Implement M365 Records Management across multiple SharePoint sites to centralize and streamline electronic records management processes that follow the organization’s current records retention practices.– Configure and deploy multi–step disposition workflows with approval and deletion processes.– Ability to generate destruction reports.– Develop and implement sensitivity labels and policies where appropriate to ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive information.– Provide tailored education, training, and documentation for the Senior Records Manager with a hands–on approach throughout the duration of the project.– Provide guidance on data loss prevention policies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2024.
