(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health electronic medical record serviced for employee health to the government authority located in Georgia. – Services should include expertise to assist client in designing sustainable workflows and offer product training.– a new electronic medical record to maintain confidential employee health records including but not limited to; new hire screening documentation, on the job injuries and illnesses documentation, patient/employee facing portal for twoway communication, ability to create, send and import fillable forms with automated status notifications and records entry.– The agency must be able to manage surveillance programs with compliance reports and notification to employees out of compliance.– The product should provide out–of–box administrative and management reports, including but not limited to, executive level reporting, population reporting and patient–level reporting– The product should also provide scalable billing options to allow for reference billing when appropriate. Clinical decision support should be available for use when entering or reviewing clinical documentation– A new electronic medical record to maintain confidential employee health records including but not limited to; new hire screening documentation, on the job injuries and illnesses documentation, patient/employee facing portal for twoway communication, ability to create, send and import fillable forms.– Additionally, this system must interface with our human resources management system (Peoplesoft) and our patient electronic medical record– The product should provide outof–box administrative and management reports, including but not limited to, executive level reporting, population reporting and patient–level reporting– The product should also provide scalable billing options to allow for reference billing whenappropriate. Clinical decision support should be available for use when entering or reviewing clinical documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2024.
