(1) Vendor needs to provide document storage service for financial records, supporting documents, statistical records and other records pertinent to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.
- Solution should support single sign on to Microsoft Azure active directory.
- Solution should have separate permissions for read, write, edit, approve and delete tasks.
- Use free online tools such as Google Docs to organize and share their files, but some also use paper hard copies.
- Able to access their files (e.g., by downloading them, transferring them to another online platform, etc.).
- Upload it to agency online SharePoint monitoring folders.
